The mandate does not apply if annual income is below 10k, or if the cheapest insurance is 8% or more of annual income. So most lawyers will never have to pay this tax.

Absolutely. Roberts “sided” with the liberals to get the law written in a fashion where he knew it would cost Obama the election and then have the “tax” challenged once imposed. Brilliant.
